By accessing or using TourStak, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, authors, reviewers, agencies, and publishers.

TourStak is a publishing journey platform that helps authors, publishers, and agencies coordinate book launches, manage reviewer relationships, run ARC campaigns, and organize virtual tours. We provide software tools and workflows; we are not a publisher, literary agency, or marketing agency.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You may not impersonate others or create accounts on behalf of others without authorization.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

• You retain ownership of any content you upload, such as manuscript descriptions, cover images, and campaign materials.
• You grant TourStak a limited license to host, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating the platform.
• You may not upload unlawful, infringing, harassing, or malicious content.
• You may not use the platform to spam, phish, or distribute malware.

Reviewers and authors form direct relationships through the platform. TourStak facilitates matching, scheduling, and communication, but we do not guarantee review outcomes, posting behavior, or reviewer availability. Reviewers are independent participants, not employees or contractors of TourStak.

Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and refund policies are described on our Pricing page and in your account settings. We use third-party payment processors and do not store complete payment card details on our servers.

The TourStak name, logo, software, and visual design are the property of TourStak. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without our written permission.

You may stop using the platform and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, abuse the platform, or create legal risk for us or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available." TourStak does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for the actions of reviewers, authors, or third parties you interact with through the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TourStak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the platform or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
